ABOUT ME

  

With over 12 years of experience as a coach, I  work helping people and companies to get better results base on the knowledge of the mind.  I had specialize in emotional intelligence, team dynamics, effective communication, and conflict resolution workshops. I've had the privilege of working with more than 75 companies across five countries, helping more than 30,300 people unlock their potential and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and careers.


My journey to coaching wasn't straightforward. Having overcome challenges from my own upbringing and past relationships, I found profound transformation through self-discovery and personal growth. This journey has deepened my understanding of the human experience, allowing me to connect with my clients authentically and compassionately.


I'm also the author of 9 books focused on personal empowerment, and since the pandemic, I’ve been hosting wellness retreats globally to bring people together in environments that nurture healing and growth. I rely on tools like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help my clients shift perspectives and build the skills needed for self-mastery. My methods,  have consistently helped clients reshape their lives from the inside out.


My mission is to help you see what you may struggle to understand about yourself, guiding you toward the life you truly want to live. Welcome to a journey of growth, self-compassion, and transformation.
