ABOUT US

With over 12 years of experience as a coach, I work with individuals and organizations to achieve meaningful and sustainable results through a deep understanding of the mind and human behavior. 


I am a Certified Elite Coach  by Coaching Ontológico, México, and I had been train by Tony Robbins, experiences that have strongly shaped my approach to personal and professional transformation.


I specialize in emotional intelligence, team dynamics, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with more than 75 companies across five countries, supporting over 31,260 people in unlocking their potential and creating lasting change in their lives and careers.


My path to coaching was not linear. After navigating challenges rooted in my upbringing and past relationships, I experienced profound transformation through self-discovery and personal growth. These experiences deepened my understanding of the human condition and allow me to connect with my clients in a genuine, compassionate, and grounded way.


I am also the author of nine books focused on personal empowerment. Since the pandemic, I have been hosting wellness retreats around the world, creating safe and nurturing environments where people can reconnect, heal, and grow. In my work, I integrate tools such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients shift perspectives, strengthen self-awareness, and develop mastery from within.


My mission is to help you see what may be difficult to recognize in yourself, guiding you toward the life you truly want to live. Welcome to a journey of growth, self-compassion, and transformation.
